Would you like a bra from a tried and trusted brand? Freya is a brand that caters to women with bigger busts – this white Rose Nursing bra is available in sizes up to 40G! This beautiful Rosie Nursing bra is a practical white colour, allowing you to wear it under a wide range of clothes.

So how supportive is it? Well, it has an internal A-frame in each cup, which is designed to support you even when the cups are down. The straps are wider than usual, offering you extra support and reducing the strain on your shoulders. Freya is a brand with experience of providing bras for women with larger busts, and despite the fact that this bra has no underwires, it should still be supportive enough even in the bigger sizes! Experts believe that wearing a bra without underwires whilst feeding can help to prevent the development of mastitis, and we think that this Rosie Nursing Bra from Freya is well worth considering!

How practical is it? This Rosie Nursing bra has full cups which drop away to allow you access to the breast. The nursing clips are specially developed to make this easy, a definite advantage with a hungry baby! The cups themselves are soft, and lined with ultra soft fabric treated with Ferran Ice application. To help keep you as comfortable as possible, this finish is designed to draw moisture away from your body. With cup sizes D and E, this bra has two hook and eye fastenings, and three in the larger sizes of F-HH.

So we know that this bra is a practical nursing bra, but we also think that the design is very feminine and sophisticated. The cups have a subtle lace overlay and a spotty navy blue and white bow between the cups. There are also cute ribbon bows on the straps just above the nursing clips, and a lacy edging around the top of the cups and bottom of the chest band. To keep it in the best condition, we would recommend hand washing this Freya Rosie Nursing bra.

So why do we like Freya's White Rosie nursing bra? The lace detailing on this bra is subtle, but we think that it still gives it a luxurious, feminine feel. And as it's from Freya, who make bras specifically for bigger women, we believe that it will provide all the support you need as well as the practical features you want in a nursing bra.

  • Has an A-Frame modesty panel
  • Briefs also available
  • Non-wired
  • Non-padded
  • 30" to 40" back sizes
  • As a generalisation, we think this bra is a similar size and fit to a Panache bra and also a similar fit and size to Triumph bras.

    MATERIAL THICKNESS OF CUPS:
We try to rate how thick the cups are of each bra, so you are not surprised by this when the bra turns up! We rate this out of 5, so 1/5 is thin cups, 5 out of 5 is thick. We would rate the thickness of the cups of the cups of this bra as 3 out of 5. Medium thickness.

    WIDTH OF BRA STRAPS
How wide are the straps of this nursing bra? We measured a D cup bra and it came out as 18mm (compare this to one of your own bras to see how wide this feels). The straps then rise to a width of 24mm once you get to an F cup and above. So from D-E, it is 18mm, then from F and above it is 24mm.

What if you are still not confident about your size?

Not confident that you know your size? Can we offer some advice that many women, searching for a comfortable nursing bra have found to be “game changing”…it should take around 60 seconds, but could make it much easier to be confident about sizing. Anyway, here is our advice!

70% of our customers pick a “flexible sized” nursing bra. If you are not confident about your size, we highly recommend them too. You should find a “flexibly sized” nursing bra easy to fit and we have them if you are from 30” to 46”, A-JJ cups. Most our customers get at least one. Here are two scenarios where they help:

    A) You might think you are a 34E, but are not certain So how do you get a well-fitting, comfortable nursing bra?. We suggest you might, for example, pick a “Flexible sized” nursing bra in a “Medium”. This bra may cover sizes 32DD,32E, 32F,32FF,34DD,34E,34F,34FF,36DD,36E,36F and 36FF. This makes it much easier to get a comfortable nursing bra, when you are not certain of your size.

    B) You may wonder how your body may change as your milk comes in and out. Or you may want a bra that you have from pregnancy right through your breastfeeding journey. You may feel more confident picking a “Flexible-Sized” nursing bra that will still fit as your body changes size. So, if you are not confident picking a 38G, you may pick, as an example, an Extra-Large. As an example, this bra may still fit you if you are any of the following sizes:,36FF,36G,36GG,38FF,38G,38GG,40FF,40G or 40GG. So as your size changes, they bra still fits and is very comfortable.

You can see our “flexible sized nursing bras” by clicking this link…..click here… .

Most our customers buy around 3 - 5 nursing bras. One or two may be conventional sizes such as 32C or 32D. Two or Three bras are often “flexible sized” nursing bras that mostly come in sizes Small, Medium, Large etc.

If you have an idea of your bra size, (e.g. 36F) and want to see what “flexible sized” nursing bras are available in your size, follow this 2 step process:

Step 1: Using our “Find the perfect nursing bra” pick your size from the first drop down box…you can click this link when you are ready.
Step 2: Then use the second drop-down box to get to “Flexible Sized Nursing Bras Only”. This will then show you all the bras that should fit that size.
