How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free when you are based in the UK or £1 anywhere outside of the UK!
How long does delivery take?
If you place your order before 4pm on a working day (Monday to Friday), in most cased your order will be despatched that day, by Royal Mail, so you should get it within 1 to 2 working days. If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, we usually despatch the next working day, so again, you should get it the day after this.
I am based abroad, how long does delivery take?
In Europe, you should get your goods within five days, and outside Europe, you should get then within eight days.
Sizing Questions
How do I get the right sized nursing bra?
First of all, search for your bra by size, on the left hand side. Most people get the sizing right first time, and if it doesn't fit, and you want an exchange or refund, you have 28 days to do this.
I am not sure on my sizing, can you help?
Not sure about your sizing? We suggest you try a Bravado breastfeeding bra. Rather than being a specific size, these cover a range of sizing, for example 36-40 B-C. They come in many different sizes, and are one of our most popular brands.
What happens if I choose a bra, and it is the wrong size?
No problem, just pop it back to us and you can choose either a refund or an exchange. You have up to 28 days to do this. There is a card with the package that you will out to let us know whether you want an exchange or a refund

How long do I have to return items that do not fit or do not suit me?

How do I return items?
There is a card in the box with your bras that you fill in requesting either an exchange or a refund. If it is an exchange, there is space in the card for you to request a new size or style.

Choosing the right product:
How many nursing bras should I have?
We suggest you have at least 3 nursing bras. This means you have one on, one in the wash and one as a spare in case your baby is sick. Many women have five or six bras, as this is a really important time for you and your baby and they don't want to be struggling for a bra when they have more important things to think about!
I am looking for something that is a little bit more elegant than most nursing bras, can you help?
